Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: If you have paid twice for the same service.
- Service not rendered: If you have paid for a service that was not provided to you.
- Dissatisfaction with service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, subject to the terms outlined in our service agreement.
Refund Requests
- All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our customer support team at info@www.easyaccounting.co.za.
- Your refund request must include your full name, email address, billing address, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
- We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to process your refund request.
Refund Processing
- Once your refund request is received, we will review it and determine its eligibility.
- If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Consultation fees.
- Customized reports or documents.
- Services that have already been rendered.
Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your subscription or service agreement, please refer to our cancellation policy for instructions on how to do so as per engagement agreement.
- Cancellation of services may result in the forfeiture of any prepaid fees or deposits.
