Financial Management and Tax Solutions
De Klerk & Partners was founded by Marthinus De Klerk in 1997. Marthinus De Klerk is a Chartered Accountant (CA) SA with a master’s degree in taxation. He served as an Assistant Director at SARS following his internship, and later joined the tax division of PwC before becoming a partner at MVV, a medium-sized Accounting and Audit firm.
In 1997, Marthinus decided to establish his own Accounting and Audit practice. Recognizing the frequent changes in legislation (such as the Companies Act, Income Tax laws, BEE, etc.) and the continually evolving economic and financial landscape, De Klerk & Partners founded Easy Accounting, a division dedicated to assisting small and medium-sized businesses in overcoming the numerous challenges they face in financial, accounting, and tax matters.
Through Easy Accounting, we are committed to supporting businesses by providing them easy access to dedicated accountants who offer timely solutions for their financial, accounting, and tax challenges. Our goal is to allow businesses to focus on their core activities without the burden of worrying about accounting and tax issues.
